A third fermented in stainless steel, two thirds in demi muids, one new and one older. Stone fruited and gently spicy, the time in barrel has shaped this into something of a chameleon. It nods to some of my favourite wine regions and stands stylistically apart from the usual run of the mill Alsatian wines on the market.
