Jindea Single Estate Tea Gin 70cl Nantou Distillery Intensely rich and velvetyA joint collaboration between three spirit experts, Matthew Drakes, Jack Rackham and Adrian Gomes. Its a classic London style gin using 10 botanicals including darjeeling tea. As well as subtle flavours from Darjeeling tea the gin contains flavours of juniper, lemon, grapefruit, coriander, ginger, fennel, cardamom, cinnamon and angelica. The team enlisted a tea sommelier, Ajit Madan, co founder of Camellia's Tea House in London and UK's first
