Dolcetto d'Alba, Fratelli Seghesio Size:750 ml Extraordinary persistence on the finish100% Dolcetto dAlba from mainly clay and calcareous marl soils within the Monforte dAlba exposure faces the north, about 350 meters above sea level in altitude 20 year old vines maceration on the skins in rotary fermenters with temperature control between 25 30C for about 5 7 days. Followed by aging in stainless steel for 10 months, until bottling.
