Ethiopia - Shale kaffefilter - Colombia250 grams of whole roasted coffee beans. This coee comes from the Shale washing station near Worka, where nearly 1,500 smallholder farmers handpicked cherries throughout the harvest season. Grown on small family plots without fertilizers or pesticides, this coee is as pure as it gets a true reflection of its terroir. Once delivered, the cherries are carefully sorted, weighed, and processed the traditional way, then dried slowly on raised beds to
