The micromosaics are done en grasaille (shades of light and dark gray) with tiny gold swords and detailed faces. The mosaics were originally part of an antique silver pin (circa 1880) that we transformed by mounting them in 14k gold and adding 14k gold ear wires and diamond surmounts.
