ORIENTAL BLOSSOM & BIRDS Cake Lace Mat - by Claire Bowman tools and moulds 5cm (width) x 3The new mat is called Oriental Blossom & Birds. It has been designed to use the papercraft technique of decoupage, which is the art of building up layers to create a design. On the Cake Lace mat itself there are different sizes of flowers and a small stamen which can be used alone or stacked on top of each other to create more dimensional, multi coloured flowers (as you can see in the pictures). Cake Lace's Oriental Blossom & Birds has been designed
